What does custom software cost?
The first step is usually a clearly scoped project in the four-figure euro range: the one thing that costs you the most time. After that you decide step by step what is worth it. The first call is free and takes about 30 minutes.
How long until something is in use?
A first step is typically in use within a few weeks, often sooner. You work with a first version early and tell me what is missing, so the software grows along your workflows instead of a specification document.
Which companies is this for?
Small and medium-sized businesses with roughly 3 to 30 employees whose workflows have outgrown Excel and scattered files. Previous clients come from property management, real estate trading, trades and retail.
What happens to our spreadsheets?
They are imported, not retyped. An import maps your columns to the right fields, recognises different date and number formats and flags duplicates. Afterwards everyone works with the same data in one place.
How does working together go?
A first call, then a small first step. Every task, question and approval lives on a shared board where you can always see what I'm working on. You sign off what's done, then we continue.
Do you only work in Wuppertal?
I'm based in Wuppertal and most clients come from the surrounding region in North Rhine-Westphalia. Collaboration is mostly digital though, so I work with companies across Germany.
Are we locked in?
No. I use proven, widely used technology with no lock-in, and the source code belongs to you. Any other developer can take the software forward.
Do you use AI?
Yes, in two places: in your software where it takes work off your plate, for example pre-sorting documents and emails, and in development itself, so you see results sooner.
